Is this the set up screen? You'll need to remember your Google account.

Welcome to Android Central! Is this your phone to begin with? Did it belong to someone else before? If you did an unauthorized factory reset (meaning you didn't properly remove the primary Google account from the phone prior to the reset), then Factory Reset Protection has probably been activated, and it's asking for the Google account/password that was associated with the phone before the reset. If that's your Google account, then enter that information. If it's the Google account of the previous owner, then you need to get that person to help. There's no way around that security measure.
