    Just got the phone from the T mobile store and all they did was upgrade my previous phone and account to the this phone. The screen timeout is 10 seconds even though the phone is set to have the screen stay on. It makes the phone virtually unusable. WHAT CAN I DO!!!!!!!?????????????
