There are only 3 accesses to the clipboard:

Copy
Cut*
Paste

There's nothing else you can do with it unless it's a clipboard that can hold more than 1 item at a time. Then you can select what to paste, and you can delete items from it.

*The clipboard on a phone that has only 1 item at a time is transient - when you restart the phone, or turn it off, that item disappears, so if you cut something that you want to paste somewhere else, do it before losing it.

(The clipboard in a phone that holds only 1 item at a time is "located" in system RAM. Unless you're a systems developer, DON'T go playing around in there [assuming that you know how - there are no apps to do it] - you can easily crash the phone and lose any work you were doing. [Since RAM is transient, you won't do permanent damage, but you can do temporary damage.])
