Reception issue - need help

I have the Oneplus 6T on T Mobile.
When I got the phone I had good to very good reception at home.
Now all of a sudden I have horrible reception with dropped calls?
Has to be the phone right?
I can't find any info on tower issues in my area.

Unless you have another phone in the same network at the same location (and preferably the same model) it's hard to say for certain if it's the phone or just the service around your area.

Have you tried it in different areas with the same device and experience the same issues? Has the phone received any recent updates that might coincide with when the issues started? Have you contacted the carrier (maybe a SIM refresh helps)?
