Have you tried clearing cache data and force close play store and whatapp?

If the Beta program is full use the latest official release

Beta memory? Or beta program? As Galactic Zoo said, if the program is full (meaning that they have enough beta testers), use the release available in Play. If Play doesn't have an Update button, there's no update available yet. ("Beta" doesn't mean "I get it before everyone else", it means "I'm getting an app that may not work on my phone, in my version of Android, etc., but I want to test it for the developer and report any problems back to them.)

Welcome to Android Central! Open the Play Store, go to the WhatsApp page, and scroll down. Look for the section on Beta, and see if there's an option to Leave Beta Program.
