So I found out that my Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus was paired to a Ford Explorer without my knowledge or consent. Usually when pairing a phone to a vehicle you have to enter a "security" code. I have never paired my phone to a Ford Explorer and I have no knowledge of how that happened. Having called our cell phone company (T-Mobile) to try to fix the issue, nothing was accomplished in an hour. HELP PLEASE!!!

Never heard of phone pairing automatically with my sync unless person did it , but you can turn bluthooth off and use it when you want or go into bluthooth in the car system and erase the device

I've never heard of that happening either but somehow, it did. I know there's a code that needs to be entered to pair with a vehicle. However, like I said, I've never paired my phone with a Ford Explorer or any other vehicle that isn't ours. I'm really surprised to see that it happened. Do you think someone may have hacked into my phone?

I deleted that vehicle from my phone as soon as I saw it was paired with my phone. I have no clue how/why/when it got paired.

I can't now. We don't own that car anymore. I'll just have to monitor my phone from now on I guess. If you find any other information as to how that might have happened, please let me know. My husband and I are seriously confused about it. Thanks for your responses.
