How can I recover photos from a S10+ with a broken touchscreen?

[Android Central Question]

My S10+ screen is completely shattered and I need to recover the photos from it. When I plug it up to my computer, the computer recognizes it but I am unable to access the DCIM folder, because I cant grant the computer access on my phone, because the touchscreen does not work. I tried the "dr. fone" app but it is outdated and dosent work on S10's yet. Is there another app out there ? or any other method?
