Hi there everyone. I ordered a Galaxy S10 directly from Samsung and it came today, but when I opened the shipping box (it looked to be fine and untampered with), the contents of the S10 box were spilled out because the box wasn't properly sealed with tape. The phone was also covered in what I guess was dust or lint?? I wish I had taken a picture of that. I know people have had this issue in the past, so I'm wondering if they had any issues? Is it worth sending back the phone? Black Friday is around the corner which will probably delay a replacement coming in too, so I'm wondering if I'm worried about nothing.

Welcome to Android Central! If the phone looks fine on visual inspection and works without problem, I wouldn't sweat it. It should still be covered by warranty, so if any issues come up, you can contact Samsung about it.

You probably be fine but make sure no cracked screen or scratches and everything else works , test the camera out also .
