Problem with ringtones/alarm

[Android Central Question]

I have hauwei P9 and recently it fell into the toilet and now the alarms are just beep beep and i cant preview the alarm sounds when choosing one also my phone is thinking that there are headphones plugged in when theres nothing plugged into it (i had to download an app to switch between headphones/speaker mode) and i dont want to pay for the repair of this phone (because its not my main phone) but i'd love to get an alternative way to fix the alarm/ringtone problem
