I have at&t wireless service, which defaults to Nat type d/4.
I have a Nintendo switch, which defaults in some cases, to requiring Nat type 1/a or b/2.
Is there an android phone app that can provide the necessary more open Nat type?
I have no computer or internet access other than my phone or table.

    Thank you.

Hotspots don't normally forward ports (because the carrier doesn't provide the capability), so you have NAT type 'closed'.
