Samsung Galaxy J6

[Android Central Question]

My screen is broken on my Samsung but it has been working though i just picked up my Phone and the screen had a black splatter on it and was blue Around it , its look kind of creepy the scariest part is that when i turn the phone on it you cant really see if it says Samsung but for me it looks like a whole other word. My question is, is my phone hacked? Or is it because its broken??
