Why am I getting a yellow triangle symbol when I charge my phone? (while it's not on)

I've been having issues with the battery in my Samsung S9 and I'm completely aware of moisture issues but this isn't the typical yellow triangle you get because it doesn't have the water droplet symbol next to it. It appears to be a yellow zig zag line in the yellow triangle. I'm kinda worried that maybe something is leaking? lol I left it charging for a couple hours come to find out it hasn't jumped up any percentage but found it was wet/or had moisture in between the case and the phone itself next to the charging port. Any input would be greatly appreciated. FYI it barely charges anymore

Welcome to Android Central! It sounds like the battery or the charging port has been damaged. It's probably best to bring it to a repair shop.
