    What carrier do you have and what data plan? Many carriers throttle data so that FHD video cannot be streamed. For example: Verizon https://www.digitaltrends.com/mobile...s-august-2019/

    Few things to check.

    Phone might have power saving or a lower screen resolution selected, reducing screen resolution is an option most Samsung phones have.

    Is the video available in 1080p? Are all videos restricted below 1080p?

    Is it a problem on both WiFi and data? As mentioned above some carriers have put restrictions on streaming resolutions.
