Cannot access my android browser

Keeps saying go to apps in settings but can’t find application manager to alter the setting

What device do you have?

What are you supposed to do when you get the application list?

What browser are you trying to use?

Is that you cannot find the browser or is that when you attempt to open it you get an error?

What exactly does the error say, exactly?

Have you or can you try another browser? Most devices have two, Chrome and the one supplied by their phone MFGR.

You can't find the app list (application manager) when you open your settings and scroll down? If you can't find this you have bigger problems than a messed up browser. You may want to try to find it while in Safe Mode, then let us know what you find. Can't help you get to Safe Mode would need to know what device you have.
