why does my call recorder have no sound on playback

[Android Central Question]

I am using the Call Recorder app by Appliqato, and it records calls, and I can see a file with several Mb of data, but there is no sound on playback. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Are they saved to your file manager ?

Welcome to Android Central! Have you tried playing it back on other devices, like your computer? It's possible the app isn't working correctly in the first place (i.e., it's not actually recording calls) -- you may want to contact the developer and ask them if they know about any issues with your specific phone. support@appliqato.com
