Cannot Delete Bookmark or Folder missing 3 dots

I cannot delete a bookmark folder-since the missing 3 dots
There are also 2 bookmarks in the folder which are missing 3 dots
I would like to delete the 2 bookmarks and the folder

I would appreciate some assistance
