Phone clone only shows old phone

[Android Central Question]

I want to phone clone my huaweii to a samsung phone. But if i start the phone clone app on the samsung, it only shows the old phone.

A lot of people have this problem. See the comments on the app in Playstore. It may be better to use Google accounts to transfer or an app like Helium
