Lack of notifications on galaxy s10+

[Android Central Question]

Ever since I got my s10+, I do not receive notifications for my Ring camera, voicemail, missed call, or Verizon smart family. I have cleared cache, made sure notifications are set to on, and many other things. Any ideas?

I found that moving my desired sounds into that folder on my phone is a native method. I don't know about ringtones.

Your not seeing them in status bar or badge icon notification?

Wow literal much? Same principle but other location? That's what it has to do with the question.

The OP is referring to notifications beyond sound

It sounds like the OP isn't getting notifications at all, not just that they're not getting the notification tones. But it'd be nice if the OP actually registered and clarified that...
