note 10 + makes screeching sound when making calls

it only happens when the wife is making a call and she gets an echos most of the time when making calls

Not in safe mode not in case only when using regular speaker and only when she calls out

Are you saying it doesn't happen in Safe Mode, or that she hasn't tried Safe Mode yet?

If it doesn't happen in Safe Mode, then something she installed is probably causing the issue. She may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem goes away.

How are you certain that the phone is in a completely pristine factory state? When you set a phone up, apps will often install automatically based on prior phone setups. It's a very simple matter to test the phone in Safe Mode, so give that a try and let us know.

Ok, that suggests that some 3rd party app you installed is causing the problem. To find the culprit, boot back into regular mode and start uninstalling apps one by one (which shouldn't be too difficult, since it sounds like you haven't installed much).
