Factory reset performed to delete previous owners data. New SIM inserted

Device is Samsung Galaxy Tab A6.
In red it reads may need to enter Google Ac info associated with phone to be able to use it again
I no longer have the previous SIM. Current phone number is not recognised neither is mine or previous users details.

No way around this , it's Android security protection for purpose of theft .

Welcome to Android Central! Contact the previous owner and ask them to help you log in. This is Factory Reset Protection in action. In order to get by this, the original owner would have had to properly remove their Google account from the device prior to the factory reset.
