My software update wont load

Welcome to Android Central! Which carrier are you on? Did you get the phone from that carrier, or did you bring it from a different carrier? What happens when you go to the System Updates section of the system settings and try to update?

An update? Only if someone on XDA captured one. Otherwise he's flashing the factory ROM and wiping the phone (unless he can find a no-wipe tar at XDA).
