I have InFocus m430 and its safebox is not showing my photos and videos

When I make the Pattern the safebox gets open but when I click on the option of photos (it says that safebox has unfortunately stopped).

Make sure that the app has the right Permissions. If so, email the developer and ask them whether they know why it's not working. Tell us what they say.

Welcome to Android Central! Try going to Settings>Apps​, tap Menu>Show System, select Safebox, and clear its cache. Now try again.

Indeed so, but I'm beginning to take the view that it ought to be unnecessary for users to clear caches. Most users will have no idea what cached data is, nor that it's even possible to clear it. I therefore think that there is good reason, if an app does not work properly - and in this case it may only require Permissions in order to work properly - to use another app instead.

It should be unnecessary, but it's hard to predict if and when an app will bug out like that. My guess is that 90% of the time, it's due to poor coding, so using another app might swap one problem for another.:-\
