Android Central Question

My secure folder has been hacked, I do not have a reset window option to reset the password. I talked with customer support and they are useless.

I did see a video on youtube as a work around where you would delete (uninstall) the secure folder( Your files and apps are still there.) and then reinstall and that would give you access to your apps and files. Well, I cant even uninstall or delete my secure folder, the option to disable is grey out. I tried uninstall apps and nothing seem to work. Have anyone experienced this ?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Usually, if you don't know the secure folder password and want to reset it, you have to do a full factory reset of the phone.
