Android Central Question

I used a sync application (Android-Sync) to sync contacts between my desktop MS Outlook and my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+. However, with the recent software upgrades on both Windows and Android (and I do not know which is the culprit), my Android-Sync application does not work anymore. And the vendor seems to be out of business or has abandoned this product.

I now have a Android-Sync Account (other such storage Accounts are SIM, Phone, Gmail, Outlook, etc.) on my Note 10+, which used to hold the contacts when Android-Sync application was in use. Now I cannot use that app, and so want to delete that Android-Sync Account from my Note 10+. How do I do that?

I tried that. However, I get the popup message --

OK

That is strange as I do not have any other user on my phone.
Hi , Welcome !
Try going into settings>security> device administrator see if anything is enabled there besides find my phone and deactivate
