Why is my Samsung phone's display timeout period changes to 30 minutes on its own?

My phone model is Samsung J7 Prime. My setting for the display timeout period is always 30 seconds. But, It changes without any input.

Ive got a Samsung A70,and everytime i locked my phone,it turn on again...that means my display is permy on never off and my phone is getting really hot when its just

Check to see if medium power saving mode on .

Yeah , I merged in beginning then put the one back because different phone model

I was debating that myself, but since the issue seems to be the exact same thing from the same user, it seems reasonable to consolidate them, since the solution for one Samsung phone would presumably be the same for another.
