I'm having the same problem. If I reset my settings, isn't that the same as a factory reset and I will loose valuable data?

Can't I just reset it? I don't ever remember setting up a PIN for this. Is there a default PIN that Samsung may have automatically set?

At this point, I would pay someone who can tell me about this volume limiter PIN.

There isn't a default pin , you or someone had to put it . Reset settings isn't the same as factory reset
