One Home UI keeps stopping- Samsung A8

[Android Central Question]

When I open my phone, I see nothing except a notification that says "One UI home keeps stopping". And there are three options - app info, close app, and send feedback. I can go to app info and try to force stop but nothing works. I can't access any other app, send feedback or even close app. I'm not able to do anything on my phone because this popup is just always there and never closes.

Please, please help. Since it's quarantine I can't even go to the store to get it fixed.

Can you clear cache,Data and force stop home UI that's your stock launcher.
