Disney + not working on ACER A3-A30 tablet

Hi all. First Post for YEARS.

I've recently signed up for Disney +for the family, however my tablet is the ONLY device I can't get it to play movies on.

Our other devices linked are a Firestick, and two ROKU boxes. It plays fine on all those, also plays on my Huawei P Smart phone.

I've tried everything on their site as far as fixing it goes but to no avail. Everything is well up to spec. Again, nothing seems to work.

The app is installed fine, but as soon as I try and play a video, the spinning loading icon just plays...

Anyone have any idea a to what the problem is?

Welcome back! Did you install the app from the Play Store, or from somewhere else? What version of Android is the tablet running?

Yup from the play store.

It's running 5.2,old I know, and the minimum requirement is 5.0.
Our broadband speed is more than capable.

It's so wierd that it runs fine on everything else.

Developers can't test their apps on every single device, so it's possible there's something about the tablet's specs that makes it incompatible. You can try sending feedback to the developer, but I'm not sure how responsive they'll be.
