Server unreachable for t mobile

I have rebooted my phone tried calling t mobile and it just keeps saying server in reachable

Are you specifically trying to access a T-Mobile page? Are you trying to browse the web using mobile data and it's not working? In what context are you getting this message?

I'm on tmobile, and Tapatalk is giving the following, even on wifi for me across multiple devices. Posting this through Android Central on a browser. Fwiw.
