I Have High doubts that My Android phone Is hacekd

[Android Central Question]

the reason for my believe is that my facebook messnager was hacked before couple of days and used to sent targeted smearing mems to others but i search using anti virus softwars but nothing appeared
the other thing is my one of my mobile network sims Option is acting suspicious
its the option Auto selecting network option of the sim is forcefully Reactivating it self
I know this could mean something Different like a damaged sim but too many Coincidences are Happening at once
how to Make sure that this is not a hack
and how to access the Android activity log to make sure that the sim is not abused by someone

any time your suspicious about someone getting into your phone, change all passwords.

Welcome to Android Central! I also highly doubt that your Android phone is hacked (that's what your title says). It's probably not your phone that was hacked, but rather your Facebook account that was hacked. Make sure you change your Facebook password if you haven't already, and also take advantage of their 2-step authentication: https://www.facebook.com/help/148233965247823.
