MicroSD card is stuck in slot, need guidance

Hello, I just tried to insert my 32 Gig microSD card into the slot. When it wouldn't go in one way, I tried the other and it slid in, but it is not seated correctly and now the card won't come out and the tablet won't recognize it.

Is there an easy way to get the card out without damaging the tablet? I don't care if I wreck the card at this point.

This type of thing should be dead easy, and I've never had trouble with microSD card installation before. Any help is appreciated.

Used a paperclip and gently pried it out. However, I still cannot get Astro to recognize the card. When the card is inserted, there is a Asus utility that pops up. I was able to create a directory on the card using that utility but when trying with Astro to access the card, i kept getting errors. Now I am not sure what to do.
