Contact app doesn't appear in app drawer and is inaccessible

Hi, I know there is a Contacts app on this tablet, but when I try to add it to my Home screen (am using Go Launcher HD), the app does not appear as an option to add to my screen. It also does not show up in the app drawer, even though I have it filtered to All.

How do I access the Contacts so I can add a shortcut to it?

I'm not certain if what you called it was supposed to be generic but if your TF is up-to-date, there is no contact app any longer. It's called People. Just checking/asking.

Well, that explains it then. People, really? Not exactly intuitive. My tablet is updated to ICS 4.0.3.

I did see a Contact icon appear in the list of apps under Manage applications.
