Locked on Asus Logo

I have purchased new Asus Transformer Prime TF 201 and was working fine until it tried to update Firmware and now locked in Asus Logo.
Tried ON/OFF, Reset, drained full battery but no luck to go from locked Asus Logo. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

When you say reset, do you mean factory reset? If not, boot to recovery (either up/down on volume and power button) and factory reset. If you already tried to boot to recovery, but, could not, contact Asus.

If you aren't having any luck after factory reset, or, can't get to the recovery menu, then, yea, I'd say contact Asus.

Did you try to root/bootloader unlock/do something?
