Bricked Transformer?

I recently went to theunlockr.com and got a tutorial on how to unroot my transformer. There were 2 files to download, the repacked asus firmware and a recovery image. I accidentally loaded the recovery file first (not the right order) and I think I have a problem. The tablet is running the ClockworkMod, but now when I go to the recovery mode I get the Android logo with the exclamation point. The tablet can still boot and works, but I need to get to the recovery mode to finish the unrooting.

I did a backup of the CWM and it's on my sd card. How can I access that? Does anyone have any suggestions???

You can't use your cwm backup until you get cwm install on tablet again. Once you flashed the stock recovery you lost cwm recovery.
Since your tablet still boot up normally, go to xda or just Google RecoveryInstaller. It's an app that install CWM on one click (or tap).

No that only help you reboot into recovery.

Install it and flash CWM back to your tablet. After which you can do the unroot method again.
