Asus FE171CG jabra blutooth won't work on third party apps like Skype, WhatsApp...

Hi,

My jabra blutooth won't work on Skype, WhatsApp, Viber,... Or any other apps!
Its just work on normal call.
There is no problem to talk with these apps when I use wire handsfree.

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Bluetooth, tap the settings icon next to the Jabra, and make sure Media Audio is checked.

Thanks for your reply, It's checked for sure.
It's just happend after updated to android 5.0
No problem to listen to music eather.

Try booting into Recovery Mode and wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data. Follow the steps in this video, but instead of selecting Wipe Data/Factory Reset, make sure to select Recovery, and then look for a Wipe Cache Partition option. After the cache is wiped, Reboot System Now. No personal data will be lost.

But there is not Recovery mode to choose!

Ugh--sorry, I thought I had seen a Recovery option in one of the videos I was looking at. In that case, the stock bootloader doesn't allow you to get to Recovery. Not sure what else to try at this point ...
