AccuWeather unable to connect to server

I'm using Accuweather on my Fonepad and recently everytime i open this software it says "Unable to connect to server; please check your network connection".

Anyone know how to fix it?

Can you connect to other Internet stuff? Have you tried to find the Accuweather website using a PC, and is it working?

I have the same problem with my wife's Venue 8. Accuweather Pro posts "unable to connect to server". All other Internet applications work fine. And Accuweather Pro works fine on my Venue 8 tablet. It used to work on my wife's, but not sure what changed. Very annoying.
