I have recently inherited a Fonepad from a colleague and although I am not too bothered about putting a SIM card in (for now) I would like to use the SD card.

I have put a 32gb card in and the system seems to know it's there, I can run antivirus etc, but how can I use it to store pictures, documents or maybe music to save the Google Play downloading a filling up the internal memory?

Have no manual just the tablet itself.

Just use a file manager like ES File Explorer, MyFiles or Total Commander to drag the files from internal storage to the SD card (or plug the device into a computer and do it from there), then delete the originals once you make sure that the copies are good.

Some apps can be set to store on the SD card rather than internal storage, but some store internally by default and can't be changed. That would be in the individual app's settings.
