Installing Original AT&T ROM on Asus Padfone X Mini after rooting problems

I have downloaded the original AT&T ROM for the Asus Padfone X Mini which I need to reinstall due to rooting created issues. The ROM was downloaded as a RAR self extracting file. When I extract the file, it also unzips all the ROM zip files. I tried using Winrar and WinZip, but they too unzip the zip files (unless I am doing something wrong).

Tried also to put the rar file in the phone to install the ROM, but the phone does not see it.

Also would appreciate any input with instructions for installing the ROM on the phone to make sure I am on the right track.
