Not only the warranty, but it disables the OTA updates. Let's hope that ASUS at least supplies updates for download. (Google, on the other hand, doesn't care if you unlock the bootloader, doesn't disable OTA updates (although you have to disable Magisk if you're using it to root - then enable it again after the update). [And before anyone asks whether I'm sure, I am. I had to send their people a core dump, and they immediately spotted that Magisk was running and asked me for one with Magisk disabled. They don't want to have to figure out what's Magisk's fault and what's Android's fault - and I don't blame them - but they don't care.])
