Go for it. Much faster than the N4 and I haven't had problems like I did with the N4 which I had to replace (took it for a swim). I have disabled most all of the bloatware, some apps I kept as they are useful.
You can disable pretty well all bloatware and they stay disabled and you don't get updates. I have no problems with memory and I have the 16gb version. Haven't even used my sd card. Th main reason fro getting the 64gb is if you think you need the faster processor. I don't play games and the phone is plenty fast.
I like everything about this phone except the size, I would have preferred 5 inch screen. Its great having a large screen when using it but can be a nuisance in your pocket. At the gym I am always afraid it will bounce out of my pocket, I should get an arm band I guess
