My old ZenPhone V by Asus was dropped. Now, when I try to turn it on, it flashes a yellow light and nothing happens. I tried opening the back, but I cant pry it open... Is there any simple way to fix? I feel like it has something to do with display adapters, but I cant get the back off.

EDIT: Note that I have no tools for this...

Welcome to Android Central! I moved this from the 1st gen Zenfone forum to the Zenfone 5 Series forum.

See if this video helps:

EDIT: Whoops! I just realized that when you typed Zenfone V, you did mean the letter V and not the roman numeral 5. I'll move this back.

Yea. Thanks for the help. I dont really have many tools for this. I just removed the SIM Card. Dont really know what to do next..

There are tool kits available inexpensively, I purchased my phone tool kit at a Menard's Home Improvement store. They can be ordered online, as well.
