New Zenfone 2 doesn't activate with H2O.

I bought the new Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML. I tried connecting to my provider H2O and my Sims weren't able to connect. I tried the same Sim in my old phone and it's activated.
I was told the Asus Zen 2 and H2O were good to go.
I talked to Asus and gave him all the info like what bands etc and waiting for him to get back to me.
I live in LA, heavily populated. My service goes through AT&T with H2O as my MNVO.
This is depressing.
My bands are 850/1900 for 3G+HSPA, i'm also covered for 4LTE.
What's the problem?
