Reset cpu settiings

Running cm7 on my nook color. If I change the CPU settings in Settings->CyanogenMod->Performance and reboot, the CPU speed return to the default speed. How can I make stay at the speeds I set?

Tap on the set on boot option.

Set on boot restores the CPU settings on boot-just the opposite of what I want

What do you want then? Set on boot sets the settings you chose at each boot. It doesn't restore anything. If you do not use that option then it WILL go back to the default settings.
