switching from nook froyo (autonooter) to HC or CM7?

I rooted my stock nook using autonooter now was wondering how to switch to either Honeycomb or CM7. Also, which one is better....I want to use my nook to read and surf the web and watch flash videos.

Have they fixed the sound and video bugs on the honeycomb port yet? Btw, the stock nc OS isn't froyo. Like you, I an just using the stock rooted OS, for now. I haven't looked at the cm7 rom yet.
