How to backup both internal memory and SD card

Hi guys,

I'm new to Android but loving my NC.

I'm running it from internal memory, overclocked with Deeper Blue's v4 Honeycomb preview. I have an 8 GB SD card that also has some apps and data.

Can someone tell me the procedure for backing both internal and external memory up so that i can totally restore the system if need be?

I ran Titanium backup, but that seems to store things internally. I'd like to be able to transfer a zipped or something backup onto either a separate SD card or onto my Windows laptop.

i use CWM backup.
