How to remove JUST ClockWork from internal memory?

I have installed CM7 on the SD card and NOT the Nook's internal memory, so if the SD card is taken out I still have my stock Nook ROM.

However, I have installed ClockWorkRecovery through the CM7 ROM (installed in SD Card) and now I would like to remove just CWR, since I cannot receive Nook official ROM update if CWR is installed.

The problem is, ALL the instructions I have found (XDA Developer, Google search) is for removing CWR IF the custom ROM (CM7, etc.) is installed in the Nook's internal memory. Since mine is installed on the SD card, I CANNOT BOOT INTO CWR. When I boot into CM7 (installed in SD card and not Nook's Internal memory) and try to reboot to CWR, the Nook will boot but then just go back to CM7.

Problem is, CWR seems to be installed in the Nook's internal memory. Even when I took out the SD card and boot into Nook's stock ROM, I can no longer receive any Nook updates.

Anyone know?

I got it figured out! I have to do the following:

1). In CM7 (which was installed in the SD card), restart in "Recovery" mode
2). Nook Color will reboot and STILL start in CM7 (it's reading the SD Card from boot)
3). While in CM7, shutdown the Nook Color
4). Take out SD card, reboot Nook Color
5). Nook will reboot into CWR
6). Using a different SD card, put the cwr-removal.zip file into SD card
7). Put SD card and in CWR choose to install .zip from SD Card
8). Follow-prompt.
