I have installed CM7 on the SD card and NOT the Nook's internal memory, so if the SD card is taken out I still have my stock Nook ROM.
However, I have installed ClockWorkRecovery through the CM7 ROM (installed in SD Card) and now I would like to remove just CWR, since I cannot receive Nook official ROM update if CWR is installed.
The problem is, ALL the instructions I have found (XDA Developer, Google search) is for removing CWR IF the custom ROM (CM7, etc.) is installed in the Nook's internal memory. Since mine is installed on the SD card, I CANNOT BOOT INTO CWR. When I boot into CM7 (installed in SD card and not Nook's Internal memory) and try to reboot to CWR, the Nook will boot but then just go back to CM7.
Problem is, CWR seems to be installed in the Nook's internal memory. Even when I took out the SD card and boot into Nook's stock ROM, I can no longer receive any Nook updates.
Anyone know?
