sudden battery draining
I have a note 3 and about a week ago I started having this issue. Nothing new was downloaded about that time.
Now when I'm on my phone I will experience app crashes such as my email exchange always being unable to open the first time. I'm not sure if this is related or not.
My main issue is that I'll be on my phone when it suddenly crashes on me. Sometimes it gets stuck in a loop trying to reboot and I have to plug it into the charger. It comes back saying that I have no battery at all. This happens almost every day.
