Mine doesn't get uncomfortably warm, but it does get warm when I'm browsing the Net heavily or when streaming a movie after a while or playing a graphics-intensive game. It radiates from where the processor is on the tablet, so it makes sense. Mine is a Tab S 10.5, yours?

It CAN be an issue, though. The Surface Pro, technically a tablet, has received multiple complains about overheating (and yeah, I've touched one, it's not something you want to touch or place on your lap).
