Hello I made a big mistake I think and I am worrying terribly ..
I charged my phone at night and Its charge in 2.5 hrs. In last half hour I fell to sleep without knowing. Phone was in my bed. I woke up 4 hrs later.. I charged at 11.00 pm.
I finally checked at 1.00am . and i woke up again at 4.00am. I have LG G3. and before LG customer care told me don't worry about the over charge. But the phone was under the my blanket. phone heat was up (Can touch and warmer than other days.. ) that moment.. I removed all and worm down with my fan .. battery is 95%. After warm down I charged it again it charged its 5% in 12 mints. with that heating phones inner part will be damage??

You should be just fine. If you can touch the phone, then the phone can take it. Try to avoid putting the phone under a blanket while charging. It is a normal to experience a higher temp while charging, but to put it under a blanket it's not the best idea.
