Am I using a correct charger for my andriod phone ?

Ok here's the detail.

My battery is LK mobile( manufacturer is Li-ion based on cpu-z )
Model: m4 voltage 3.7v
Charging voltage: 4.2v
Capacity: 1800mAh(1000mAh based on cpu-z, I don't know why they are different )

I am using a "Cherry mobile" charger and its specs are
Input: 100-240VAC 50/60Hz 0.2A
Output: 5.0V== 600mAh

I've been using the charger for week 1 and has no problem yet, I'm just worried that it might destroy my device or battery in the future ?

Welcome to Android Central! That should be fine. While charging, a battery can generally only draw as much current as its mAh rating (i.e., your 1800 mAh rating means that it can draw a maximum of 1.8 A). Your charger's maximum current output is 0.6 A, so it won't damage the battery--in fact, you'll probably feel that it charges a bit slow.

The battery will only draw as much current as it needs, so even if you used a 2.1 A charger, it would still only draw 1.8 A max.
